How We Are Organized

The members elect officers and a board of directors. The board of directors employs an executive director as the chamber's chief administrative officer. The board establishes goals, sets policy, and appoints and supervises committees to handle special projects and activities.

The amount of clout the chamber can wield on issues that affect business is in direct proportion to its number of active, supporting members. Your membership offers you the following:


How We Are Financed

Members pay an annual, tax-deductible membership fee based on the size and type of the business. Income from member dues, along with revenue from special projects and annual events, finance the operation of the chamber. For the average small business, the cost of membership is only a few dollars a month. Consider your membership an investment in your business.
